1. Eligibility for Returns

  • Items may be returned within 7 days of delivery if they are:

    • Unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging.

    • Accompanied by proof of purchase or order confirmation.

  • Items that show signs of use, wear, or damage caused after delivery are not eligible for return.


2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or refunded:

  • Used or damaged products.

  • Items sold as final sale or clearance.

  • Perishable or hygiene-related goods (e.g., water bottles, sleeping bags, or personal gear that cannot be resold for health reasons).


3. Return Process

  2. Our team will review your request and provide return instructions.

  3. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or defective.


4. Refunds

  • Since we operate exclusively on Cash on Delivery (COD), refunds will be provided in cash or through a store credit, depending on the situation.

  • Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.


5. Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with photos and a brief description. We will arrange a replacement or a full refund at no additional cost.
